Local Wanderlust- NSW
COVID19 has undoubtedly impacted how we will all be thinking about travel. From how to when and certainly where, the effects are profound, but that doesn't mean that a little escape is not possible. Now more than ever, our regional towns need us and so it's time to indulge in a little winter wanderlust in our very own backyard.
First up, NSW, where some amazing boutique retreats and villas await:
- Lilypad Palm Beach: Palm Beach
- Salt at Shoal Bay: Shoal Bay
- Paperbark Camp: Jervis Bay
- Bangalay Luxury Villas : Shoalhaven Heads
- Eliza Lee One: Jindabyne
- Nimbo Fork Lodge: Snowy Mountains foothills
- Bo Farm: Berry
- Eagle View Park: Berry
- Equanimity: Kangaroo Valley
- The Rift: Bowral
- Milton Park Country House: Southern Highlands
- Byng Street Hotel: Orange
- One & Only Wolgan Valley: Wolgan Valley
In recent years, we have also uncovered beautifully styled and luxurious homes through Airbnb. Especially where a getaway with family, friends or a few (fur)kids are involved, here are a few we've earmarked:
- Herbelle + Cottage: 10 guests, Berry
- Woodlands Retreat: 8 guests, Bowral
- Ohana: 6 guests, Kangaroo Valley
- Madison Park Holiday House: 12 people, between Moss Vale and Kangaroo Valley
- Willow at Barranca: 8 guests, Kangaroo Valley
- The Cottage: Kangaroo Valley
- Mountain Sanctuary: 10 guests, Snow Mountains
- Fawn + Fallow: 6 guests, Jindabyne
- Tiny House: 2 people, Jindabyne
- Kalinda Beach House: 14 people, Mollymook
- Copacabana Beach house: 6 people, Copacabana
And.. that's very much just the tip of the iceberg. We are eager to stretch out for some interstate travels so watch this space as we wanderlust our way around the country (and keep an eye on that New Zealand travel bubble too).
As always, happy wanderlusting!
