Brew Guide - Sydney

Cold brew: 
Add 1 heaped teaspoon of tea per 250ml (1 Cup, or regular sized mug) of cold, filtered water.*
Refrigerate 4+ hours (ideally overnight).

​*For a party sized brew, add 4 heaped teaspoons of tea to 1L cold water. 


Hot brew:
 Place 1 teaspoon of tea per teacup.
 Add 150ml of freshly boiled water, and steep for 3min. (No milk required.)
